UPG is looking for exceptional sales talent in the DFW area to join our UPG University program.

HOURS: Monday Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

CONTRACT: Full Time, Permanent

LOCATION: Lewisville DFW

HOLIDAYS: Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for identifying, building and maintaining your portfolio of business clients within the United States. Generate commercial leads through cold calling, network events and personal and business referrals. Manage accounts by providing solutions that best the customer's needs.

Meet sales targets

Identify potential customers through industry-based investigation

Maximize acquisition sales

Weekly news letters providing industry news, energy trends, and market movements

Build rapport, maintain great customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service

Adherence to TUS/REP compliance rules and regulations

Record customer details in CRM

Desired Experience:

• 24 months sales experience
• 1 year call center experience (Inbound/Outbound dialing)
• Energy industry background is plus but not a deal breaker. WE'LL TEACH YOU!

Salary: $40,000.00 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

Average agent makes roughly $80,000 -$112,000 (salary + commissions)
