Transaction Coordinator
Real Estate Transaction Management team seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator holding a residential real estate license in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Minimum 2 years experience as a residential real estate agent or transaction coordinator required. Looking for an energetic and positive team player ready to jump into a full workload!
Job Description:
A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator handles all activities from the point of contract through to closing. Our team services agents in North Carolina and South Carolina, real estate experience in either state is preferred. Desired candidate must be ethical, hard-working, honest, willing to learn and listen, and coachable.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing all contract documents.
- Communicating with the realtors, clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, service providers, and all parties to a contract.
- Keeping all parties informed throughout the contract to close process.
- Coordinating and scheduling inspections, closings, and walkthroughs.
- Auditing contract documents for compliance and communicating with brokerage compliance departments.
- Maintaining all files related to the contract.
- Problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualities and skills:
- SC and NC Real Estate License required (or having one license and willing to obtain second within 6 months)
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and ever-changing profession.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Reliability, diligence, ethics, dedication, and good performance are valuable traits for this position.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Keep track of and maintain closing deadlines.

To help the agents increase business by managing ALL contract tasks. To handle all administrative duties which include answering emails, keeping track of file systems, transactions, contract timelines, and most importantly customer service. To analyze production and set goals to improve team systems and overall success.

- Must be able to provide their own laptop or desktop.
- Ability to work from home.
- Full-time. Ability to set your own hours and work schedule, but there will be 8 hours of work a day based on volume.
- Availability Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
- Flexible hours, whenever needed, to accommodate team priorities.
- Pay is per file/commission-based. Ability to increase based on performance.
