Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing products, materials, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines based on client requirements.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Reporting: Provide reports when necessary on sales activities, leads, and opportunities to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Roofing Knowledge: Familiarity with various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
