The ideal candidate has at least 23 years of real estate industry experience and/or experience with leadership, coaching, recruiting, or talent acquisition. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make strong business decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
