Residential Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve residential sales targets
- Identify and target potential customers in the residential market
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Conduct outside sales visits to present product offerings and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Continuously seek new business development opportunities to expand the residential customer base
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a residential or related industry
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
