Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and building strong relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, business development, or related field
- Familiarity with Customer Service and call booking
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in telemarketing or booking appointments
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
