```Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products - Conduct site visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide customized solar solutions - Prepare and present proposals to customers, outlining the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate with customers Experience: - Proven experience in energy sales, technical sales, or outside sales is preferred - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve diverse communities - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using software applications for presentations and data analysis If you are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy building relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $109,365.00 - $126,596.00 per year
