Description
A family owned and operated wholesale distributor of chips based out of Toledo, OH. Our primary focus is the sale of these items to retail and food service accounts. We currently serve Toledo, OH and Monroe, MI. Innovation Logistics LLC. is looking for an experienced food sales professional with an outgoing personality for a full time position as a sales person to maintain existing and potential new customers to maximize sales.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Operate commercial 16ft box truck (NO CDL required)

Responsible for promoting and developing relationships with existing and new customer accounts.

Develop new business by identifying prospective customers through business directories, following leads from existing clients, and searching the internet.

Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet needs; evaluate market trends and recommend new products to customers, based on their business needs.

Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Be able to negotiate with clients.

Respond to sales questions and concerns in person, by phone, or electronically

Communicate and collect accounts receivables in a timely manner. Collect all customers balances due based on the approved credit terms.

Ensure good client relationships and customer service satisfaction

Develop a front line relationship with customers

Develop a daily call list

Must be able to meet company goals and objectives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure. Other requirements of the position are:

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent

Related Experience: Experience in a customer service oriented environment is essential. Experience in protein products and/or food to retailers and food service account is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and oral communication. Should be customer oriented, able to solve problems, and negotiation skills. Should display attention to deal and accuracy. Must display the ability to establish goals and be self motivated. Have the ability to work under pressure. Must be computer and PC literate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,832.00 to $53,000.00 /year

Work Location:

• Route travel to different stores within 20-30 mile radius

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per day

• 10 hour shift
