No cold calling!! Tropical Ford, Inc. is looking for candidates to get their foot in the door with our expanding organization! Daily tasks include ( but are not limited to) identifying opportunities with new clients as well as maintaining solid relationships with previous clients.

Qualifications include ability to use computer. Previous sales experience/call center experience in any industry a plus, but not required (training will be provided), must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, assertive and results driven with a friendly competitive attitude, highly motivated, confident and a self starter with the ability to succeed in a high energy sales environment.

Responsibilities include building a quality sales relationships with both new and existing clients, be responsive to clients needs and work to foster the growth of your business over time, meet weekly and monthly sales targets to achieve continuous sales growth and prospect leads through a soft sell approach while building and maintaining relationships and PROVIDE SUPERIOR RED CARPET CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rotating schedule Monday - Sunday. There will be 2 days off during the week. This is a 40-work week schedule.

Requirements:
-Must pass a drug screen

-Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with clean record

-Must pass a criminal background check
