Job Overview:
As a Luxury Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing pre-owned luxury vehicles. This role requires a passion for luxury automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and budgetary considerations.
• Showcase and demonstrate pre-owned luxury vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, industry updates, and technological advancements, especially related to luxury vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Provide transparent and accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and available promotions.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process.
• Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, safety features, and other relevant details to customers.
• Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz brand standards and represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury automotive sales, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
