As a member of the Intelligent Design team, you will take part in one of the fastest growing and exciting career development opportunities in the area. Our goal is to expand on a well-established reputation and commitment to our customers by expanding our footprint further into the realm of insurance-based roofing. We will do this by hiring highly motivated individuals to fill highly sought- after positions within our established, family owned business.

We provide paid training - the average commission is over $2000 per job. Most trainees develop 2-3 jobs per week. Our training insures the opportunity for you to become a successful Account Manager with the ability to earn well over $100,000. No experience necessary!

Responsibilities:

Fully participate in our comprehensive training program with an open mind and a desire to be the best you can be,

Learn our products, learn how to sell our products and learn how to teach others to sell our products.

Ability to train others in the field (once fully trained).

Problem solving and communication.

Skills:

Amazing communication skills

Strong and competitive drive to perform

Sales experience preferred, however not required.

Enjoy working outdoors

An ability to safely use a ladder

Supplemental Pay Types:

Bonus pay

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
