Financial Sales Representative - Wealth Management Development Program

When getting started on Wall Street it's important to join a firm that will give you the most opportunities for success. The Financial Sales Representative program will get you started in a difficult yet lucrative career. We're going to sponsor and pay for your licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, 63/66, Life and Health), and teach you how to work with Business Owners, Families, and Individuals (No previous finance experience required).

This is a commission-based career which includes stipends, training allowance and bonuses. Tri-Harbor hires you under a W-2 statutory employee contract with full benefits. Our contract allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial representatives are making on average $130,048 in years 1-4, and $627,247 on average 5+ years. Whats the catch? The first years can be tough as youre learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree Required
• Preferred: College Athlete | Sales Experience | Leadership Background | Bilingual
• Relationship building, communication, negotiation, or client-facing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
