Job Title: Client Advisor
Department: Personal Lines
Reports To: Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Advisor works with new and existing customers to review coverages and pricing of their insurance policies, answer questions, provide optional quotations and recommendations, claims assistance and other customer service duties.

Special Requirements: Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License

Duties/Responsibilities:

Service an existing book of business and new clients as assigned
Conduct coverage reviews and make recommendations
Quote, issue, and service policies in Insurance Company portals/website
Document policy information and correspondence with customers and carriers in agency management system
Respond to customers requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain insurance license through completing required continuing education
Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Experience working in a property and casualty insurance agency
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, including phone and email etiquette
- Willingness and ability to learn a variety of company systems and procedures
- Organized, self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Strong technology/computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
