Sales Development Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Development Representative will provide crucial administrative support to our sales and service department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our company operations.
To succeed in this role, the Sales Development Representative should be highly independent, accepting tasks from all levels of the organization and reporting to the Leadership Team. They must possess sharp attention to detail, an exceptional aptitude for learning new tasks, and the ability to prioritize his/her workload in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales/service team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Customer Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing customer concerns or requests.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as contracts, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in various activities, such as preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and assisting with sales campaigns or promotions.
- General Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents, to support the smooth functioning of the sales/service departments.
Education and Experience
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
