Lead Sales Consultant (Base Salary plus Commission)

Body Details specializes in cosmetic laser services such as Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Skin Rejuvenation and Botox treatments throughout 20 locations based in Florida and Georgia. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for wellness, sales & delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to join our team as a Lead Sales Consultant. This role is a key role within Body Details, focusing on driving aesthetic sales at our Kennesaw, GA center, building partnerships, establishing grassroots leads, and networking.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective consultative sales strategies to promote aesthetic services.
• Proactively generate leads and effectively convert those leads into sales to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Actively network with internal and external clients to maximize business relationships and identify new leads.
• Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to generate leads and promote Body Details services.
• Utilize community engagement and local events to create interest and awareness of Body Details services.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for Body Details clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consultative sales, within the med spa or aesthetic industry highly preferred.
• Reach monthly sales goals including conversion rate and average sales targets.
• Strong network and relationships skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
