Craft Beer Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant Principle Driver Responsibilities:

-Drives Truck to deliveries.

-Drives Truck to pick up product from various Florida Breweries.

-Keep truck clean inside and out.

-Provide excellent customer service to all accounts.

-Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor and fleet coordinator.

-Must be able to back truck in and out of receiving docks.

-Maintain check-in sheets and all invoices

-Responsible for handling cash/check payments and payments via Fintech and submitting to Accounts Receivable for processing.

-Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

-Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Basic understanding of Sunshine State Distributing products.

-Ability to communicate effectively.

-Ability to speak and write the English language at least at the high school level is required. Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.

-Ability to add and subtract, using whole numbers and decimals.

-Excellent customer relation skills.

-Ability to work independently.

-Ability to process information/merchandise.

-Ability to communicate with supervisor, Company Sales Representatives, current and prospective customers on a professional level.

-Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

-Must have a valid unexpired drivers license with a clean DMV record with no more than 6 points on license.

-Ability to read maps/directions and operate GPS units.

-The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear.

-Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to fill orders.

-Ability to handle product generally weighing 0 - 165 pounds.

-Ability to bend and stoop.

Principle Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:

Basic Function:

-Assist with daily operations of the warehouse, receive product, manage inventory and assist Operations Director as needed.

Principle Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and participate in the ongoing physical inventory of warehouse items.

-Monitors inventory to maintain adequate supply of items.

-Receive, log and unload incoming freight shipments.

-Verifies freight against invoice and purchase order.

-Operate a fork lift, pallet jack and man lift.

-Check quality of product prior to pulling order.

-Report poor quality items to management.

-Pull orders from pick ticket for delivery.

-Stage pallets for loading.

-Stack, wrap and label pallets correctly for each customer to ensure proper routing.

-Maintains warehouse in a clean, orderly manner.

-A high degree of integrity is a must.

-Professional and customer friendly.

-Ability to multitask in a customer focused, fast paced environment.

-Consistently make good decisions with minimal supervision.

-Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

-Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications:

-Customer service skills.

-Ability to add and subtract, using whole numbers and decimals with attention to details.

-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

-Technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Excel and general email communications. -Experience supervising others strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to handle product generally weighing 0 165 pounds.

-Ability to operate and use all equipment (forklift, pallet jack and man lift) necessary to fill orders. --Ability to work in temperature controlled environment from 37 65 degrees for extended periods of time if needed.
