Call Center Supervisor Car Buying Department

Summary: Customer Service Supervisors play an important role in the service area by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Call Center for the Car Buying Department
• Someone with team development skills, Team leader, able to build a team for better structure.

• Ensure department equipment is operational.
• Leadership Skills
• Perform team building, other duties, and responsibilities as requested
• Ability to meet or exceed department guest service standards
• Adapt to changes, self-sufficient, and self-starter
• Managing growth
• Ability to lead, coaching, and mentoring employees
• Ability to bring the department up when sales are down.
• Help develop and sustain a team

Expectations: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), Bilingual a plus. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Analytical, Problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.Team Leader, Team Builder

Compensation:

• $50k-$70k annually DOE
• Commission Negotiable
