We are actively seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and high-performing sales team. In this role, you will start off on the design side of things, allowing you to understand our products. As you progress, you'll immerse yourself in our sales processes, gradually becoming a pivotal link between our technical solutions and our clients' business needs. The Sales Engineer will travel 50% of the time (2 weeks/month). This hands-on experience will not only contribute to your professional development but also enable you to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Begin your journey by delving into the design phase, gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide pre-sales technical support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, tailored to the audience's level of understanding.
- Work closely with clients to identify and address specific technical challenges, offering customized solutions.
- Gradually transition into sales processes, learning to navigate and contribute to the sales cycle effectively.
- Embrace the travel required for this role, spending 50% of your time on the road, engaging with clients and gaining firsthand experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Provide post-sales support by addressing technical queries, ensuring smooth implementation, and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical preferred)
- Knowledge of the concrete industry
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time; equivalent to two weeks a month.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
