```Overview```
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide recommendations for coverage
- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them choose the best policies for their needs
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal (Bilingual)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:
