Full description of the position

We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee the North Moreland Court Apartments as well as the neighboring Crystal Shores apartments.

As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.

Compensation depends on experience. If you choose to live on-site, you have the option of taking a pre-tax rent credit. Bonuses available for re-rent and rent increases. May qualify for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone depending on use.

Duties will include:

• Rent collection
• Responding to maintenance requests
• Scheduling vendors
• Marketing vacancies
• Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
• Maintaining the property appearance
• Issuing notices
• Maintaining communication with residents

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
