```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

```Skills:```
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products and explain their features to customers
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a technology or electronics environment
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
