SEFAR is looking to fill a Business Development Manager position (full time) in its Screen Printing Division. The position is located at SEFARs North American HQ in Depew, New York.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for several aspects of the sales process, including working with an experienced distribution network, specifying products, technical support, assisting with supplier relations, and business reporting. A four-year technical degree in Industrial Technology or an Engineering discipline is required. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have the ability to learn SEFARs internal software systems. Customer interaction is a mix of video conferencing, phone calls, and in person visits. Travel in the USA and Canada is required and can be up to 20%.

This position requires strong verbal, listening, written, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly responsive to direction, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects with various deadlines. Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems, coupled with an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude are strongly desired.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
