We are seeking highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultants with FORD experience to join our team!! We are looking for candidates experienced in New and Used vehicles sales. Russ Milne Ford has been family owned and operated since 1959. We are one of the top Ford Dealer's in the Metro Detroit Area and #14 in the Nation as of 8-31-23.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
• Close and follow up on sales transactions
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience
