Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram KIA is a family owned dealership and has been a part of this community for over 70 years. We are #1 RI in our respective franchise. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual with Automotive Internet sales experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have Automotive Internet sales experience
• Strong personal skills with customer service
• Strong ability to use computer and digital technology
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• A desire to work in a competitive environment

Responsibilities:

• Communicates effectively with customers and prospects whether by phone, by e-mail or text in order to satisfy their needs.
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Answer all incoming customer calls.
• Assists customers in scheduling a visit.
• Confirms customer appointments and follows up afterward.
• Checks e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
• Handles all inquiries personally.
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
• Assist in answering and following up with all incoming calls.
• Prospect daily with our data mining software and our CRM systems.
• Follows instructions from a supervisor.
