• Associate degree and/or Lease/Rental Sales
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial trailer experience required
• Valid Drivers License and Driving Record in accordance with company standards
• Effective Communication Skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Strong organizational and Multitasking skills

• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
• Actively screen and seek customers withing AOR
• Communicate new product and service opportunities and special developments
• Participate in marketing and sales training events.
• Make timely personal visits and phone calls to customers

• The physical activity level for this position is sedentary to light (performing non-strenuous activities). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear or see and occasionally, stoop, crouch and kneel.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• The employee must have manual dexterity sufficient to work with hands and fingers
• Visual requirements include, close vision and ability to adjust focus
• Well lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation
