Super Autos Miami, a successful and top-rated Pre-Owned Car Dealership with more than 11 years in business, is looking for a BDC Agent as a Full-Time position.

You will be part of the BDC Department and you will be in charge of answering calls, emails, and messages from customers with the objective of converting those contacts into a successful appointments.

Your cell phone will be one of your most important work tools. If you don't like receiving work-related calls and texts in your cell phone, then this position is not for you.

What we offer:

* High Income Salary, based on fixed salary, commissions and bonuses. The range is from $5,000 to $8,500 per month, or even more.

Responsibilities:

* Accomplish weekly goal of successful visits to the dealership made by you.

* Manage and answer inquiries posted to our Advertising platforms and CRM.

* Manage and answer calls and emails to get customers to visit the dealership.

* Input detailed information into the customer's file in our CRM system.

* Make an average of 100 daily outbound calls/texts/emails in response to inquiries about vehicles and financing.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience as BDC or Telemarketer.

* A minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.

* Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must, verbal and written.

* High-school Degree (Associate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus)

* Strong Phone Skills. You will be making from 60 to 100 calls per day to customers that have already contacted us.

* Strong Computer Skills.

* Persistent and organized.

Schedule:

* Six days a week (45 hours per week)

* Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 7:00pm (1-hour lunch-break, 8 working hours)

* Saturday: Alternating between 10:00am to 4:00pm

* Sundays off.

* Schedule hours are not flexible.

* This is not a work-at-home position, you will need to be present at the office 100% of the schedule.
