Job Overview:
We are seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional food service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
