Job Summary:
Envision Toyota of Milpitas, a leading automotive dealership in Milpitas, California, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Specialist. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package. As an Internet Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving online sales and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and leads through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to generate and close sales
• Utilize various sales tools and techniques to promote specific sales and holiday events
• Stay knowledgeable about current and upcoming models, features, and incentives to effectively sell our vehicles
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and follow up with potential leads
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve department sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to adapt sales and communication techniques accordingly
• Attend regular sales meetings and training to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales role
• Proficient in using computers, internet, electronic tools, and various software programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Sales-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple priorities
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
