Our on-site Relationship Manager position will involve much more than merely answering phones, setting appointments, and processing payments for existing customers. This is not a remote position. Our Relationship Managers hold in-depth policy reviews with our clients, make custom-tailored recommendations for proper coverages, cross-sell to existing clients, and additional clerical duties to help increase customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $45000.00 - $90000.00 per year

• Hold annual policy reviews with clients & explain coverages
• Cross-sell other lines of business to existing clients
• Conduct onboarding reviews with new clients
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Process policy endorsements.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Discuss billing & take payments from customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• A Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Option to attain Life Insurance License within 90 days & receive a pay increase
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
