Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Tenants, Owers, and Vendors, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Manage maintenance requests by scheduling with contractors, tenants, as well as keeping owners informed.
-Meet contractors at the rental properties when required.
- Take move in and move out photos.
- Deliver various notices such as eviction for non-payment of rent and non-renewal.
- Work with Tenants on late payments and keep the owners informed.
- Show properties if the property manager is unavailable to do so.
-Stay up to date and comply with all laws pertaining property management and fair housing.
- Learn and utilize our property management software, Appfolio.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, deposit rent checks,and document management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Project management a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a bonus
This job offers a flexible schedule with 1 weekend day required. We offer paid time off and a $300 insurance reimbursement after 90 days.
Work will be completed at our office, out in the field, and some flexiblity to work some of your hours from home.
