Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences
- Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide product recommendations and assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to ensure accurate design implementation
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships through effective communication
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen design a must.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products and services
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and pricing estimates
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating detailed layouts and designs in either ProKitchen or 20/20
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively communicate ideas
- Knowledge of layout design principles to optimize space utilization and functionality
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing orders and transactions

Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
