We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team and help our clients buy, sell, and rent properties. We have a strong team dynamic with lots of synergy and an amazing company culture! We are looking for someone fun and enthusiastic to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have been successful in their former life, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the local real estate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients find the right property for their needs, preparing paperwork, and providing guidance throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

• **Real Estate License Required** (we have a school and can help there)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a boat preferred but not required!
• You have been successful in your former life.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the local real estate market and its trends.
• Provide guidance to clients on how to purchase, sell, or rent property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct research on properties and assess their value.
• Provide advice to clients on mortgages, financing, and other related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Use programs like app files, tool kit, lofty, etc- we will train you to be successful!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $720,000.00 per year
