Marketing and Sales Associate

K2 Recruits needs a Sale and Marketing Associate for our expanding clients. You will be responsible for helping customers choose the right products and services. You will do this by helping customers choose the right products by compiling a cost benefit ratio for the customer and to help fill a customers needs or solve a problem.

We're looking for a forward-thinking professional with a vast knowledge of people and someone with high social intelligence.
Our team members and Marketing and Sales Associates have a knowledge and passion for dealing with people, and a knowledge of the marketing industry. As a member of our team we expect you to have a similar outlook.

Our Marketing and Sales Associate will work with the Managing Partners, Sales Managers, Team leads, and other Sale Associates in your department to ensure every customer is satisfied.

Marketing and Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Recommend more than one product option whenever possible so customers feel as though they have multiple options
• Build rapport with customers by providing a friendly and approachable demeanor, and giving accurate guidance
• Advise customers about the right features or services for their needs and wants
• Conduct weekly update with status and update reports
• Explain to customers the difference in performance and convenience related to each purchase
• Develop product knowledge concerning all of our systems and the products and service we provide

Marketing and Sales Associate skills

• High school diploma required. Additional College degree highly encouraged
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Familiarity with Sales and sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent understanding of customer service and people skills
• A competitive and driven outlook
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
