ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our sales team as an Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers with a specific focus on meeting monthly sales growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Achieving sales growth and development through effective sales planning and execution which includes lead generation, cold calling and networking
- Develop relationships and growth with new customers as well as existing customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and requests
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Meet monthly sales quotas by identifying new account sales opportunities as well as upselling and cross selling additional products and services to existing customers
- Collaborate with sales team to generate new business and expand client portfolio
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Take ownership of new and existing accounts by providing solutions based on customer needs
- Update CRM system as required after sales calls, phone calls or exchange of relevant information
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, equipment and related services
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our variety of products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in sales and account management, specifically in food and beverage industry
- Sales driven mindset to meet monthly sales quotas
- Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proactive problem solving skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years sales and account management experience
- Familiar with Business to Business Sales
- Legally able to be employed in the United States
SALARY
- $60,000-$100,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
