Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and build strong relationships with clients. We are providing all General contracting services with Cabinetry production and install, which gives you opportunity to grow, both personal skills and income.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

- Previous experience in account management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,725.00 - $67,695.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
