ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

*Commission structure and bonuses for performance will be paid for up to $1,000.00 per month

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandise store or stores within assigned store list.

Responsibilities include :

1) Stock displays of the store with represented goods and keep inventory

2) Ensure that all retail objectives and shelf standards are met, including correcting out-of-stocks, building displays, placing point-of-sale, and completing store audits.

3) Help cut in new items rotate, stock, clean cases, and other merchandising tasks required.

4) Communicate effectively with store personnel about sales activities, promotions, and objectives.

5) Successfully execute work independently and as part of a team.

Driving for long periods of time to various locations to deliver products and service retail stores.

Able to lift, bend, stand, and sit for sometimes long and continuous periods of time.

EDUCATION

Required: basic reading, writing, and math skills typically associated with a High School Diploma or equivalent, use of excel and Zoom meetings.

- BILINGUAL a plus

CERTIFICATIONS, Licenses, and Registrations

Required: Current and valid Drivers License and automobile insurance.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred: one (1) year of merchandising experience.

Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines;

Able to meet tight deadline and work benchmarks set

Team player.

EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS

Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook

Working knowledge of standard smart phone and tablet

- Must own a car, mileage will be reimbursed by IRS rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
