Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with various sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy
- Coordinate to ensure timely pickup or delivery of products
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
