Our top associates earn in excess of $120,000 and have many nights off with our flexible schedule!

Job Responsibilities

Learn, master and execute our customer focused selling process

Follow through with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with purchase decision

Present financial options to our clients and assist with vehicle selection.

Understand and implement dealership delivery process

Present and demonstrate inventory

Assist our clients selection process through demonstration drives

Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications

Be a brand and company ambassador to our friends, family and community

Education and/or Experience

General Education Degree is required, higher level education reduces promotion time frame

Sales Experience of any kind is desired

Automotive sales experience, education and prior training are a PLUS.

Compensation and Freedom Time Package

Compensation plan includes training pay, industry leading commissions, weekly, monthly and annual bonuses. Target compensation is $65,000 but many make much more.

Vacation time of up to three weeks per year.
