INSIDE SALES
MicroArt is a unique quasi-medical cosmetic practice in Beverly Hills, providing a propriety luxury procedure that changes human skin color.
For more information see [please apply online] are looking for a dynamic, driven in-house sales leader to close warm leads and expand our business development. The company is established, has a significant online presence, and has been growing an average of 30% per year for the past 14 years. The company also has an established sales funnel and tested sales protocol for closing. The average sales cycle takes a few days. The average sale is $10K.
This position is taking over a proven path to earning $50,000-$100,000 per year helping people feel better about their appearance with an incredible cosmetic procedure that almost sells itself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Closing HOT inbound sales lead over the phone. 90% of patient consultations are done over the phone (100+ phone calls daily).
- Closing $150K-$300K+ per month in sales
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experienced sales professional with 5+ years of stable B2C consultative phone sales history (this is NOT retail sales)
- Preferred experience in Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, or Luxury Industries.
- Proficient in phone sales using CRM, ideally Zoho or Salesforce, handling over 100 calls daily.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experienced and driven sales professional with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, providing accurate information about MicroArts unique procedures.
- Proficient in following structured systems, working with checklists, and taking directions well. Possesses strong active listening skills and excels in interpersonal communication.
- Empathetic and capable of handling sensitive conversations about various body image issues. Demonstrates high stamina for extended phone conversations addressing personal problems.
- Upholds a strong work ethic, professionalism, and sophistication to effectively sell luxury services.
- Enjoys collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment, remaining cool-headed and easy to work with.
