Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all dealership customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and update the sales pipeline to track customer interactions and progress
- Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up with potential customers and generate new leads
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Use negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or automotive sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in public speaking for presentations or product demonstrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,737.00 - $90,557.00 per year
