Description of Duties
- Supervise and lead the Sales Team, training and coaching them to achieve sales goals
- Develop and monitor sales tactics such as door knocking, canvassing, and referrals
- Lead the sales side of the Sales to Production Handoff and oversee the intake process
- Build and leverage our social media, YT, Shorts/Reels, and create a strategy.
- Work with leadership to set all Sales Goals, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Monitor industry trends and adjust goals, sales tactics and pricing as required
- Develop sales training programs and onboard all new sales team members
- Approve commission eligibility
- Discuss opportunities for professional development
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Ensure sales goals are met through reviews and ride alongs
- Maintain an understanding of contract information
- Assign leads based on performance
Skills & Requirements
- Five years of management and leadership experience (more than 10 people)
- Five years of sales experience
- Three years of roofing & construction experience

- Competitive salary plus results based bonus structure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
