Must be hands on highly motivated deal junkie with digital experience and driven to succeed. Automotive General Sales Manager needed for Domestic Franchise New Car Dealer in the Wilmington, Myrtle Beach area. Candidates should be a car dog that is process oriented with a win win attitude and have the ability to train/lead managers, sales people and F&I to be their very best.
Duties will include:
Desking deals, deal structure, submitting applications, meeting with clients, follow up, marketing, advertising, sales, BDC, F&I, training, goal setting, CSI, DMA objectives, ordering New inventory, acquisition of used/CPO inventory, wholesale, increasing sales volume, gross improvement, retention, ect. Auto Mate experience is a plus - CRM & Lead Management - Instagram and Facebook experience is a must.
Qualified GSM candidates will move into the GM role as we grow and eventually the role of the day to day operator of the store with future acqusitions.
