Position Overview:

As a Body20 Sales Leader, you will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness concept by providing high energy sales and team leadership while building relationships with Body20 members and the community. You will leverage the power of storytelling and set the stage for each new member's Body20 transformation journey. You will have significant growth opportunities as we expand into new territories and open new studios across the front range.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing and sales plans to drive organic and digital lead generation
• Calling leads, generating leads, and introducing new members to the studio
• Fully accountable for attaining studio sales goals (25+/month)
• Attend and actively participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Take the lead in building community business relationships and partnerships
• Maintain social media platforms along side of other staff
• Work in parallel with studio manager and owner on a daily basis to drive results
• Tracking and submitting KPI's on a daily basis

Requirements

• Prior B2C/membership SALES experience and success required (Do not apply if otherwise)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays (40+ hours/week)
• Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
• Experience managing a team with proven success is a plus
• Experience with managing social media/marketing platforms
• Note: This is not a 40 hour 9-5 position. You will be expected to perform.
