Requirements

• Knowledge of sales, marketing and Customer Service principles.
• 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred
• knowledge of concrete
• Ability to build great relationships
• Ability to run 1 appointment on Saturday
• Excellent listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl
• A valid drivers license and a safe driving record
• Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
• Being comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary
• Ability to use measurement tools

Training

• 6 Weeks on site in our Davenport office with a combination of classroom and hands-on experience riding along with senior members of the company
• $700 per week through 6 weeks (Commission Only After Training is Complete)
• Split commission with current rep for 2 weeks minimum post training (can shadow longer if needed)
• Hotels available M-F for salesman located out of town

Personal Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop computer for business use (tablets will not work)
• Must have a personal mobile printer for business use
• Must have a personal cell phone for business use
• Tools will be provided by the company
• Personal vehicle and drivers license. A company vehicle is not provided, but 1% of the commission paid is designated to cover vehicle maintenance and fuel costs.
• Sales meetings are held every Monday at our office in Davenport. Salesmen are required to attend.
