Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Peripheral and networking devices knowledge preferred. Must be well trained in Value Selling or Solutions Selling with a proven track record. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Visit customers often to check in on their experience with the product or answer any questions about the product.
- Resolves customer issues and concerns.
- Capable of converting prospective buyers to loyal customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Will be expected to travel domestically 51% of the year
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in networking product sales or related field is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Bachelors degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
