JOB TITLE: Marketing and Sales Coordinator

LOCATION: Rochester, NY

DEPARTMENT/OFFICE: Sales

SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$50,000

FLSA: Non-exempt, salary

SUMMARY:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator at CALIBER I.D. plays a crucial role in supporting the coordination and execution of marketing, sales, and operations activities. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Including, but not limited to:

Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional events.

Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.

Assist in the development of sales collateral and presentations for client meetings and presentations.

Coordinate sales meetings and follow-up activities to ensure timely communication with customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or operations role, preferably in the medical device industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
