The Quarters on Campus is seeking an out-going, energetic and personable leader for full-time employment as a Professional Leasing Consultant for our student housing community in Austin.

Responsibilities will include assisting prospects with their housing needs, conducting tours of the of the community as well as facilitating leases signing and other duties as needed.

We are only seeking candidates with a positive, out-going personality, a passion for exceptional customer service, sales skills and good follow-up capabilities with prospects, a willingness to demonstrate their leadership and character.

Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Student Housing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Apartment leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
