Full description of the position

Candidate must be very personable on the phone. This will be an outbound/ inbound phone and email position. You will be providing customer service to existing client base.

Work with our existing book to uncover new cross sale opportunities

Work with our existing clients on daily customer service issues that may arise during the call or email correspondence.

Customer communication to include underwriting concerns, application completion, policy quoting. You will be eligible for variable compensation.

Strong communication skills and must be team player

We are a very active agency and candidate must be able to multi-task while remaining very organized

At least 1 year of licensed insurance experience

Agency is based near the coast of NC so an understanding of wind/hurricane and flood insurance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
