Inside Sales Account Executive
Remote positions available in CA, WA, FL, GA, OK, MO
Our remote Inside Sales team is trained and prepared to help businesses of all sizes and types grow their revenues with Direct Marketing. Using a combination of sales acumen, a help-first consultative mentality, excellent storytelling, and equipped with state-of-the-art Direct Marketing services, our Account Managers each work directly with hundreds of small, medium, enterprise and agency businesses nationwide. The Account Manager balances a portfolio of opportunities from newly acquired customers, pre-qualified leads, and existing customers.
As part of our growing team, you will utilize upselling tactics and authentic communication skills to secure the best possible value and follow-up with clients, upholding our famous 5-star reviews and excellent customer service experience.
Utilizing a suite of integrated advertising solutions, you will grow and maintain a profitable portfolio of SMB accounts. Although we will provide the necessary training about our systems and processes, experience in advertising sales (print, direct mail, and digital) is a definite asset. Cold calling is not necessary as we distribute thousands of monthly leads each day to our sales team. We want to get you ramped-up as quickly as possible so that you will be speaking with owners, agencies, and marketers across the country in no time, figuring out the optimal suite of services for their unique business.

YOUR MISSION:
- Identifies potential customers from inbound web inquires, advertising responses, and requests for proposals.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, always putting the needs of our clients first.
- A passion for direct mail and advertising, with the drive to continuously learn and grow in the industry.
- Creates custom price estimates and follow-up.
- Strong focus on selling integrated marketing solutions.
- Re-contact and drive incremental revenue from stale and eroded accounts.
- Keep accurate records of sales calls and meetings in CRM, ensuring our clients always receive the best possible service.
- Meets and exceed sales goals set by management specifically related to advertising revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate/Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience.
- Prior demonstrated sales experience (5 years or more) in print advertising or digital marketing is a huge plus.
- Outgoing, friendly, and extroverted.
- Embraces new technology and enjoys learning about marketing trends
- Consultative sales style and relationship building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong conversational phone skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other CRM computer programs.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-time remote position (40 hours)
- Monday Friday, hours based on your time zone and flexibility
- Up to 1 hour lunch
