Experienced Apartment team members wanted in Arlington!

This position is full time. Salary will be based on experience and certifications

To be considered for an Immediate interview, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Previous (Current or within 2 years) leasing experience within the Affordable Housing Industry.
• Experience with Tax Credit.
• Ability to schedule applicant interviews and site tours
• Possess time-management skills
• Be able to follow procedures and instructions
• Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work
• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets and rent levels
• Coordinate apartment inspections
• Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
• Must present a positive attitude and be team-oriented
• Ability to remain professional at all times
• Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy
• Assist office staff with other tasks, including the collection of rents
• Must be organized
• Must be proficient with computers, BostonPost experience a plus
• Perform other duties that may arise

Specific Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English, preference given for the ability to read, write and communicate verbally in Spanish.
• Must have previous experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit
• COS, Blended or other certification will be required

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Affordable Housing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
